I've use Blip.fm quite a lot in the past, but lately, the tracks that it finds aren't available or as you say it ends up with a youtube video!

Thanks for stopping by. I've tried blip but I never "got it" When I'd search for a song I wanted to hear, it seemed to always pull up youtube videos of the songs.
Maybe I'll give it a try again.

Hi Jason, I don't like using Pandora too much. I'm very picky about what I like listening to and I don't really want a service to "suggest" things that I might want to hear. I know which specific songs I want to hear when I visit an online music site. Therefore I use Blip.fm. Most of the time I can find exactly what I want and the social aspect allows me to easily view other users playlist with similar tastes. It's more personal than a playlist generated by an algorithm.

There is some integration between Blip.fm and Last.fm but I haven't explored it yet.

I've never used Pandora, I use Last.fm a lot for streaming music, finding new artists and scrobbling my iPod.

There usually reasons why I'm led to certain posts... this one was good.

I tend to not post as much as I should because I want it to be a "good" post. While I know that's important, I also know that I can come up with something of interest about people and their dog's off the cuff when asked anytime...

So this post led me to think..... write it down... steam it.... post it!

I usually post once a day and try to post everyday, if I have a ideas for more than one post, then I schedule them over a period of days.

I have tried briefly with Last.fm few years back but just like you I'm more of a 'sharing' type. Listened to a couple of song suggestions from Twitter friends and that's pretty much it. :) Thanks for notifying me about Pandora, I haven't tried it but it's good to know it updates live messenger status as certain softwares do too.

I stopped using WP Greet Box partly because I didn't need it for now. I'll probably test it out again at some point to see if it gets clicks and does add value, since it is a cool plugin.

why did you stop using WP Greet box? performance or you felt it didn't
add enough value?

Your correct most plugins don't work with Disqus, I've been
questioning the value of disqus lately. But when I look at all the
additional plugins I would need if I wanted some of the feature set. I
just stick with Disqus for now.

I really haven't seen too much additional load time with the Wibiya bar. But I've also been watch the stats and the bar is not getting used too much so I might drop it.

Price is unbelieveable at under $7 each, when a new OEM battery costs as much as $60. Time will tell. If I can get 1/6 the 'equivalent' life and service of an OEM battery, it was well worth the price. The S90 OEM battery spec says up to 300 charges are possible. The MaximalPower battery package shows the product has a 3 year limited warranty, but the RMA cost to return if it fails under the 3 warranty period is $9.50 plus postage. Funny that was not mentioned in the "Reviews" I scanned before deciding to buy the batteries. Charged one of the batteries up and it fitted in the S90 with no problem. Now a wait & see game as I compare it side-by-side with the S90 OEM battery.

I agree with your Pardon that posting daily is useful, but might disagree on more posts= more subscribers. It's more of quality post and limited no. of posts...
Also regular posting will make sure, Google will index your Website in minutes after publishing...

I stopped using WP Greet Box, even that it was cool. Thank me later is awesome, but I'm not sure if it works with Disqus or not? (most, if not all, commenting plugins don't work with Disqus)
